Happiness — The one and only solution to live long,to love and to be loved

Be happy always.

My Hearty wishes of World Happiness Day which is celebrated on 20th March.Never think that I am late😄 but I was quite busy to keep myself happy with my loved ones.Science proves that our brain can be trained for attaining the state of happiness.Tiny changes can bring a huge effect on our emotional outlook.

Happiness makes you better at everything,infact happiness can make you healthy,to have good relationship, happiness can even make you live longer.

Happiness is a habit that we develop ourselves.It is something that we attract for. It is quite natural that we human beings go sad often,we have to overcome the sadness with the positive thoughts cultivated by us which leads to happiness.We may go emotionally unstable,which is normal to an extend but if we carry on with the sad feelings and negative thoughts ,the impact will be severe than we expect.

There are at times in our lives when it is normal to feel sadness and we may not try to talk ourselves out of it.When I lost my dad ,I was in a period of emotional instability where I was not knowing what am doing, even I was not in a position to conclude whether am thinking right or not. But thanks to my family and friends who supported me to out grow the pain,in actual fact my pain is never less even now ,yet some positive thoughts of life are driving me to attain the state of happiness. Like wise a person who is going through break up, or have lost a job,or have suffered any other adverse life event will of course feel sad which is quite natural and healthy. If you have been unhappy for a long time and if you cannot bring any kind of positive satisfaction,you may be battling with a state of depression for which you may have to seek a professional help for counselling to sort things out.

There are certain measures/golden determination that we ourselves can choose to be happy:

  • Think positively/Try to be positive always.
  • Use a list of happy words in your daily conversation.
  • Practice Gratitude.
  • Make a daily practice of writing something which made you happy.
  • Live in the moment and celebrate your success even if it is so small to.
  • Thank your creator for the brand new moment you have,
    to be happy.

Happiness is something that we choose.To be truly happy and successful ,first you should understand your own needs.If you have cultivated happiness within you it will naturally shine outside and attract all that you want from the outside world.

I choose to be happy ,take a deep breath and now the choice is yours ….Be happy and stay positive 🥰🥰☺️
